Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” company.

During the period of martial law, shipments are made within 2-4 working days after the store receives payment.

Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 will be shipped on Monday.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the tariffs of the carrier’s company.

After sending the order, you will receive a TTN (waybill) number, by which you can track the parcel.

International delivery

During the period of martial law, delivery to the territory of other countries is carried out by DHL Express and Ukrposhta.

Shipments are made within 3-4 working days after the store receives payment.

DHL Express delivery time is 10-12 working days. The cost of delivery is fixed – 40€.

The delivery time of Ukrposhta is 30-60 working days. The cost of delivery is based on the carrier’s tariffs, depending on the country of the recipient, the weight and size of the parcel.

Please note that the order total does not include local sales tax/VAT, additional charges may apply.

Payment for the delivery service is made together with the payment for the product.
