Terms of exchange/return:

The consumer has the right to return the product of proper quality to the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color or size.

The consumer has the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a similar product without defects, if such is available, or to choose another product from the assortment for the same amount.

The consumer has the right to an exchange or return within fourteen days from the moment of placing the order, provided there is a sales receipt, preservation of the product type, all tags and original packaging.

The cost of delivery of exchange and return of products of appropriate quality is paid by the buyer.

The following are not subject to exchange or return:

– products that were in use

– products that have been dry-cleaned or after washing

– products from which tags and labels were cut

– products that were used for photo/video shooting

– products without a sales receipt

– products that were manufactured taking into account individual characteristics

– products, the delivery of which was made outside the territory of Ukraine (international delivery)

– underwear and swimwear

– hats, hair accessories

– jewelry of appropriate quality

– gift cards

Exchange/return registration rules:

– fill out the application for exchange/return and send it to the e-mail address zharko_official@ukr.net – in the subject of the letter indicate “Exchange/return of the order #номер_замовлення”.

– wait for a return letter confirming the exchange/return (no later than 24 hours).

– pack the products to be exchanged/returned in the original packaging, check the presence of tags and labels.

– deposit the goods receipt.
